Our cancellation policy varies depending on your booking dates and the platform used for booking.

Booking.com Reservations

If you booked through Booking.com, the cancellation policy specific to your reservation will be shown during the booking process and in your confirmation email. Please refer to your Booking.com confirmation for details.

Direct Bookings

For direct bookings, the following cancellation terms apply:

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in
• 50% refund if cancelled 7-14 days before check-in
• No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before check-in

Modifications

Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your reservation.
